Where in Cebu do you deliver?
Cebu City and nearby areas including Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Talisay and Consolacion. Delivery is free to many areas; further out it is ₱100 to ₱400 per trip, always confirmed before you pay. For farther locations, message us for a quote.
Is the console cleaned between rentals?
Every unit is sanitized, wiped and function-tested before it leaves us, with extra attention to controller grips, sticks and triggers. Our rider sets it up on your TV and tests a game with you.
How and when do I get my deposit back?
After pickup we inspect the console, both controllers and all cables. Once it passes, your deposit is released in full through the channel you paid with, typically within 24 hours and no later than 3 banking days.
What games are included?
A pre-installed library including Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Valorant, Mortal Kombat 1, Tekken 8, Grand Theft Auto V, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, God of War Ragnarök, Genshin Impact, NBA 2K26 and EA Sports FC 26, plus PlayStation Plus access with 200+ more. Bundles include 5 or 6 titles of your choice, pre-installed before delivery.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
The renter is fully responsible for loss, theft, physical or water damage, misuse and tampering while the unit is in their care. Repairs are deducted from the deposit, and items beyond repair are charged at brand-new replacement value.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, if the unit is not booked after you. Message us at least 3 hours before your return slot and we will add hours or days at standard rates. Extensions without notice are treated as late returns at ₱100 per hour.
What do I show on delivery?
One valid government ID matching your booking name and an active local contact number. You sign a short handover checklist confirming the unit and accessories are complete and working.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Down payments are non-refundable once your slot is scheduled. If we cancel for any internal reason you get a full refund. Reschedules are accommodated when a free slot exists.
